In other news...my blog has been pretty light in the past two weeks. My second child was born on Sep 15th, and life has been pretty busy, so the blog has been on the sidelines. My wife and I feel very blessed to have a great 3 year old son, and now a beautiful baby daughter.

Is TiVo still groovy?
NewTeeVee just blogged about ways that Tivo should innovate again to get their groove back in the crowded DVR/TV gadget market.
Motley Fool then piggybacked on this and wrote a similiar piece of their own.

Tivo upgrades for $50 in Twin Cities metro area
I found a Craigslist posting today for a person who is willing to upgrade any TiVo for $50 labor. Either you supply the new hard drive, or he can get it for you (for additional cost of course). I can't vouch for the person, but for what it's worth, here is the link.
