Tivo channel lineup case number

I just got my second email regarding the error in my Tivo channel lineup. Now they assigned a "case number" to my issue. I x'd my case number out, but here's the email.
Dear Valued TiVo Customer,

Thank you for contacting TiVo's channel lineup department. We have assigned
case number xxxxxxx to your channel lineup issue. We expect to resolve the
issue within 5 to 7 business days.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please contact TiVo Customer
Support at 877-367-8486 and refer to your case number, xxxxxxx.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we resolve your lineup
discrepancy. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for choosing
TiVo!
