Wrong show listed in Tivo's channel schedule

Today I wanted to record a show on the History channel, but Tivo had the schedule wrong. I submitted a report to Tivo, and got this friendly email back. I'll blog again if and when the issue gets fixed or not.

A TiVo Lineup Specialist will work to correct your lineup issue. This
typically takes five to seven business days. Most lineup changes are downloaded to
your DVR automatically during a daily connection. We will contact you if we
need further information, or if you need to repeat Guided Setup.
