TiVo HD launches for $299
If you were in the camp that thought the Series 3 TiVo was priced too high, you're in luck. TiVo has officially launched a trimmed down version and simply called it TiVo HD.
Here is a nice interview by engadgetHD with Jim Denney, VP of Product Marketing, to compare this new model to the Series 3.
If you're an HDTV viewer, and not happy with the DVR from your cable provider, this looks like it is now the model for you!
